CentriPure MIDI Columns are used for quick and efficient buffer exchange and/or removal of dyes and small molecules from proteins greater than 25 kDa. Purified proteins are eluted in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7. The columns are pre-packed, pre-swollen and ready-to-use. Columns only. This does not contain any adapters nor collection tubes.
